The spacious and bright lodge provided all the comforts needed for a self-catering break. the beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. the location was perfect for exploring Dorset, with plenty of activities for both adults and children. the peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing stay, and the enclosed external area was ideal for our small children and dog. the owner was incredibly helpful and there were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the lodge, from organic toiletries to games and books for rainy days. Overall, the Hive was a fantastic retreat, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.
